phmaco Terms and Conditions – What You Need to Know

1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating a phmaco account, clicking "I Agree," or simply using any feature on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these phmaco Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement is legally binding between you (the player) and phmaco (the operator).

These Terms and Conditions apply together with phmaco's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules posted on the platform. In case of conflict, the more specific document takes precedence.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use phmaco, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age to open a phmaco account and place bets. This complies with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and play.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or be legally prohibited from participating in online gambling under applicable Philippine law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

phmaco reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, Voter's ID) to verify your age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under the legal age will be immediately suspended, and all funds may be forfeited pending review.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each player is allowed to open only one (1) phmaco account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering your phmaco account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at all times.
• Keep your username and password confidential and not share them with anyone.
• Notify phmaco immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification when requested, by submitting valid government-issued ID and proof of address.

phmaco is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Always log out after each session, especially on shared devices — siguruhing naka-logout ka lagi, ha!

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on phmaco are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

The minimum deposit at phmaco is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱500. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification level — fully verified accounts enjoy higher daily limits.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours on business days. phmaco does not charge processing fees on withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. You are solely responsible for understanding your chosen payment provider's fee structure.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

phmaco regularly offers bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times (20x) before any withdrawal can be made, unless a specific promotion states a different multiplier.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Unused bonus amounts expire after this period.
• Only one bonus can be active per account at any time. You must complete or forfeit an existing bonus before claiming a new one.
• phmaco reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent methods — including using multiple accounts or collusion — will be voided and the player's account suspended.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

phmaco offers a wide range of games and betting markets including sports betting, NBA betting, football betting, boxing betting, fishing games, and roulette. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or real-time sports results, depending on the game type.

Key gameplay rules applicable across all phmaco products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a placed bet unless the specific game rules allow it.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game round, phmaco reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• phmaco's decision on the outcome of any disputed bet is final and binding, subject to our internal review process.
• Maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within each game interface.
• Bets placed after an event has started (live/in-play bets) are subject to special rules outlined in each sport's betting guide.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phmaco and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts (bonus abuse or match manipulation)
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or interfere with phmaco's systems or games
• Money laundering or using phmaco to process funds from illegal activities
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity
• Colluding with other players or phmaco employees for unfair gain
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback abuse on deposits

phmaco cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement agencies and regulators. We actively monitor accounts for suspicious behaviour. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, please contact us immediately.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

9 Account Suspension & Closure

phmaco reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these phmaco Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behaviour
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more
• Player self-exclusion request under our Responsible Gaming programme

In cases of account closure due to Terms violations, phmaco may withhold funds pending investigation. For voluntary closures or inactivity closures, genuine balances will be returned to the player after identity verification is completed.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phmaco shall not be held liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from player negligence, including failure to secure account credentials
• Losses due to internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of phmaco's platform
• Decisions made by players based on information found on phmaco that is not directly related to game outcomes

phmaco's total liability to any player for any single incident shall not exceed the total amount wagered by the player in the 30-day period preceding the incident. Gambling involves risk — please play within your means.

11 Amendments to These Terms

phmaco reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or on-site notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of phmaco after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
